4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the jillif Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor — are strictly prohibited. jillif reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit all associated balances at its sole discretion.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. jillif will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify jillif immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. jillif recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your Account Security Settings.
4.5 Account Transfer. jillif Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any rights therein to any other person.
5.1 jillif is obligated to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, is a legal and regulatory requirement.
5.2 Required Documents. Players must submit at least one valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include: UMID, PhilSys (National ID), Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PRC Professional ID, and Postal ID.
5.3 Proof of Address. jillif may additionally request a recent proof of address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence — dated within the last three (3) months and reflecting your registered address.
5.4 Source of Funds. In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations, jillif reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a hold being placed on your Account pending investigation.
5.5 Processing Time. KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours during Philippine business hours. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
5.6 Players who fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period after being requested to do so may have their Accounts suspended and any remaining Balance held until verification is satisfactorily completed or until jillif determines a lawful disposition.
6.1 jillif accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts are ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya and ₱500 via bank transfer.
6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
6.3 jillif does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees. jillif is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
6.4 Deposited funds are credited to your jillif Account Balance in real time for e-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) and on the same business day for bank transfer deposits submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.
6.5 In the event of a technical error causing a deposit to fail, jillif will investigate and resolve the matter within seventy-two (72) hours. Players should retain payment confirmation receipts from their e-wallet or banking app for reference.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed after KYC verification has been successfully completed. Players must withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name — jillif will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.2 Processing Times. jillif targets a withdrawal processing time of two (2) to five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya under standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PST. These times are targets and not guaranteed — delays may occur due to payment provider processing queues, AML review, or system maintenance.
7.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set out in the Payment Methods section of your jillif Account dashboard and may vary by Player tier.
7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request can be processed. 8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and certain arcade games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
8.3 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. jillif actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a bet to meet wagering requirements, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear requirements without genuine play, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited.

9.1 All games available on the jillif Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios, including but not limited to JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and Habanero. Each game operates according to its studio's published rules and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) mechanics.
9.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or error, jillif will investigate the affected round using recorded game data. Winnings generated as a result of a software or hardware malfunction are void. jillif will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a game malfunction, provided that it takes reasonable steps to rectify the situation promptly.

11.1 Suspension by jillif. jillif reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the Account has been used in violation of these Terms, if required by applicable law or regulation, or if the Player has engaged in conduct that jillif determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting jillif's 24/7 live chat support. Account closure requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Any pending withdrawal will be processed prior to closure provided that KYC requirements have been met.
11.3 Balance on Closure. In the event of Account closure due to a Terms violation, jillif reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. In the event of voluntary closure by a Player in good standing, any verified real-money Balance will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method within ten (10) business days.
11.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. jillif will notify dormant Account holders via email prior to any action being taken. 14.2 jillif's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jillif Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 jillif does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
14.4 jillif is not responsible for the outcome of any game, including perceived irregularities in game outcomes that are consistent with the mathematical probabilities of the relevant game's certified RNG mechanics.
14.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillif's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
15.1 jillif collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at jillif.org/privacy-policy.
15.2 By registering an Account, you consent to jillif collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalized gaming and promotional content.
15.3 jillif will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification partners as required for lawful Platform operations.

17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.2 Any dispute arising between you and jillif in connection with your use of the Platform shall first be referred to jillif's Customer Support team for resolution. jillif will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of a formal complaint being received.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or arbitration body with jurisdiction over the matter, as applicable under Philippine law.
17.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
